Do you have good travel sales experience and can deliver excellent customer service as a Travel Consultant? We have a brand new opportunity within the travel industry to work for a Niche Tour Operator based in London.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Answer and convert incoming reservation calls to bookings
- Quote a wide variety of worldwide tailor-made itineraries
- Follow up of options held for customers
- Dealing with customer enquiries regarding bookings held
- Converting enquiries via the web to bookings
- Increase sales and profit by switch selling/upselling
- Maintain high levels of customer service
- Working to meet and exceed individual and team targets
- Attend marketing events and promote

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
-A proven track record of sales, ideally within travel
-CRS knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
-Good customer service experience
-Good all-round worldwide destination knowledge
-Drive and desire
-Organised with the ability to work well within a team and under own initiative
