Our client is a Magic Circle firm with a worldwide presence.

They were established in the late 19th Century and now have over 1200 lawyers.

The firm has top-tier dispute resolution and corporate departments as well as leading practices in other areas such as real estate, employment, pensions and incentives.



The Role
We now have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Investment Funds Associate to join the team in London for an expected period of 18 – 24 months for a major project.

This role will involve supervising junior members of the team conducting due diligence on existing contractual arrangements and preparing the new contracts and other communication; updating funds’ prospectuses and overseeing the process in order to meet deadlines.

A more senior Associate would in addition liaise with counsel in other jurisdictions, liaise with clients and colleagues.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad Hedge Funds experience from within a leading practice.

About You
You must be a qualified Solicitor NQ – 4 years’ PQE with solid Investment Funds experience.
You must have experience of supervising junior members of a team.
You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You must have excellent academics.
You must be able to demonstrate a technically excellent and detail orientated approach.
