Main Responsibilities:
-A clear understanding and knowledge of the Care Standards Act 2000
High standards of communication, leadership, motivation and people management skills.
-Ability to lead and motivate other staff members.
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
-Along with a clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards and a full valid work permit.
Qualifications & Experience required
NVQ Level 4 Essential
RMA
at least 2 years as a home manager in elderly care.
Salary in the region of £30k per annum
