Nursing Home Manager - Elderly - Surrey

Our long standing client is looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to join his small group in a pretty village near Sutton in Surrey, paying between £35,000 and £38,000 pa.

The home has a 2 star good rating with CQC and a friendly staff team who work hard to provide a quality environment for the residents.



To apply for this position you will need:
RGN plus at least 2 years experience as a Manager
You will be experienced, motivated, energetic, and clinically sound.


Strong leadership and communication skills.
To be a lead from example manager who is personable yet fair.


An interest in the ever changing care related standards and also keen to develop and train for new skills.
Along with a clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC standards and a full valid work permit.
The post will be subject to Enhanced Disclosure under the Criminal Records Bureau.
