Leading financial services group are going through a period of rapid expansion and require senior insight manager to direct and shape insight within the company.

This is a unique opportunity to take charge of an existing team and develop the insight proposition within the business.

You will be supporting the wider business with the analytical output of the team.

You will need to have come from a hands on SAS and modelling experience.

Core responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for forecasting, conducting various types of analysis, developing and executing various strategies and ensuring that all Analytical projects are delivered in a timely, cost effective manner and to a high standard
• Day to day management of all customer management activities.


• Analyse the performance of the different marketing campaigns/sources/etc and to analyse the transactional data at account level to assist in developing strategies
• Extract analytical insight from the customers, to treat these accounts to improve the overall profitability of the portfolio.

You should have the ability to conduct segmentation, customer profiling, development of behavior score cards, survival analysis to assist in developing insight and also to be able to predict current and future lifetime value of a customer
• You will be familiar with a variety of modeling techniques, including logistic regression (binomial and multinomial), decision trees, discriminant analysis, K-means modelling and neural networks
