A leading aerospace company based in Hampshire is looking for a Senior Quality Engineer as the next addition to their Quality Assurance team to help drive improvements across the site.



The responsibilities of the Senior Quality Engineer are as follows:
• Assist in the maintenance of the QMS to ISO9001 & AS9100
• Internal & external auditing
• Ensure that all products and company processes comply with AS9100
• Implementation of EASA regulations
• Corrective action/non- conformances
• Developing and maintaining a continual improvement ethos and activities throughout the organisation.


• Lead & develop a team of Quality Engineers & Inspectors

To fulfil these requirements you must have the following skills/experience:
• Educated to degree level / equivalent experience
• Strong manufacturing background
• Aerospace experience is beneficial
• Proven ability to drive successful improvement projects
• Conversant with AS9100
• Understanding of EASA Part 21G is beneficial
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
