A leading medical device company based in Gloucestershire is looking for the next addition to their quality team.

The responsibilities of the Senior Quality Engineer are as follows:
• Assist in the maintenance and development of the Quality Management System
• Ensure all processes are compliant with ISO13485 & FDA 21 CFR Part 820
• Auditing – Product, Process & System
• Follow up on any non-conformances ensuring Corrective & Preventative Actions are implemented
• New Product Introduction
• Investigation of non-conformances and resolution of customer complaints

To fulfil these requirements you must have the following skills/experience:
• Good understanding of ISO9001, ISO13485 is beneficial
• Experience of New Product Introduction – APQP, PPAP, etc.
• Strong problem solving skills – 8D, 5Y, etc.
• Experience of resolving complaints and being customer facing
• Experience of investigated non-conformances and implementing CAPA’s
• Auditing experience
• Project / Team Management Experience
