Chauffeurs

JOB DESCRIPTION
Private family in London seeks Chauffeur to assist with transportation throughout London City as well as the surroundings.

Please note that it is imperative that you own your own insured vehicle to use for this position.

Responsibilities include:
• Drive the family to and from general destinations, appointments, meetings, secondary residences, airports and heliports
• Maintain the vehicles for guest readiness at all times
• Flexibility for travel around London and its Counties includes Airports occasionally
• Assist household staff with heavy lifting and household chores
• Run errands and carry out special requests as needed
• Must be able to drive the six children to lessons and appointments as needed.

(The children have a Nanny on staff as well.)
This is a full-time, live-out position.

Hours are Monday – Friday, 6am pick up and 8pm drop off.

Flexibility to work off-hours or weekends is required.

Please note that it is mandatory to own your own vehicle for this position.

Salary is generous, but dependent on experience.

This position also includes the potential to earn a discretionary annual bonus.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 3 years related private chauffeur experience
• Excellent references from both current and previous employers
• Must have own car to use for all transportation: Vehicle must be suitable for Chauffeur position; i.e.

Town Car, BMW, Lexus, etc.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Take initiative; hands-on approach to projects
• Must have excellent English skills; French skills are a plus but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Mac OSX is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Flexibility with hours and scheduling; available to work on short notice, weekends and overtime
• Former law enforcement experience is a plus but not required
• Excellent knowledge of London City and the surroundings and on private airports
• Comfortable working in environment with children and pets
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and own car with PCO badge to use at all times and occasional driving Clients Car
• Valid passport, and available for international travel as necessary
• United Kingdom work authorization
• Must be PCO registered
