Business Support Officer required for a Cheltenham based organisation.

The successful Business Support Officer will be responsible for supporting the Business Support Manager in providing a comprehensive performance monitoring and communication service.

Also to assist with the preparation of corporate documents.

In addition you will assist in researching projects and new policy initiatives based on legislation, analysis and emerging needs.

Accountability's will include: Performance Management support; Statistical Returns; Business Planning and Risk Management; Policy and Research; Communications; Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

Essential Skills: Solid Education - Degree educated or equivalent; research experience; strong communication skills; able to communicate with different audiences; able to analyse and interpret a range of management, financial and performance information - numeric and text; able to research complex information; ability to contribute towards projects; advanced MS Access, Excel, Word, Powerpoint; awareness of performance management systems would be an advantage.
