As one the UK's prominent multi-channel maternity and childrenswear retailer our client has an enviable track record of profit and growth.

The company is rapidly expanding its store portfolio across the UK as well as an ever growing online presence.

They are currently looking for a Store Manager for their Tonbridge branch.

As Store Manager you will ensure the smooth day to day running of the operation managing a small team.

You will have full P&L responsibility as well as banking, stock levels, conducting stock takes, general maintenance and security of the store and assisting with visual merchandising as required and offering a high level of customer service.

A key aspect of this role will be the training and development of new and existing staff.

Our client is looking for a highly motivated individual who is customer focussed, an excellent communicator, sales orientated with the ability to train and develop and lead by example.
