R&D Manager - Bucks - £50k

We are seeking a hands-on R&D Manager with experience of FPGA, system debugging, project management and designing lead edge products and technologies through the complete project life cycle.
You will be expected to run the R&D department, however you will be working on technical projects yourselves, since, as the team is quite small - 8 people, it is not a 100% project management position at all.


Ideally you will have worked in high speed logic, FPGAs, VHDL and some software.
We are seeking a hands-on R&D Manager with experience of FPGA, system debugging, project management and designing lead edge products and technologies through the complete project life cycle.

You will be expected to run the R&D department, however you will be working on technical projects yourselves, since, as the team is quite small – 8 people, it is not a 100% project management position at all.



You will be be good at liaising with customers while managing multiple projects and trying to keep everyone happy… but at the same time keeping everyone focussed pushing for completion, so good communication skills are a must.

Ideally you will have worked in high speed logic, FPGAs, VHDL and some software – typically related to interfacing a technology in a PC.
