Customer Service Agent - Flexi - Contract - London Heathrow Airport
Location: London Heathrow Airport
Pay Rate: £7.20 per hour for the first 12 weeks then £8.72 per hour

The company
Our client is one of the leading Ground Handling companies that provide Passenger and Baggage services to airlines at London Heathrow Airport and other airports across the globe.
The role
You will provide first class customer service to ensure that passengers are efficiently and safely checked in for their flight.
All applicants must posses excellent communication skills and be able to work to tight deadlines.
Duties will also include the following:
Using a computerised system to ensure passengers and their baggage are checked-in correctly.
Board and meet flights.
Check Passports, Visas and other relevant documentation.
Providing excellent customer service.
Adhering to all safety and security regulations.
Ensuring on-time departure of all aircraft.
Using the PA system to make announcements.
Ensuring that all passengers are on board.
Reconciliation of boarding passes and paperwork.
Working in a busy customer facing environment.
Liaising with Dispatch and Ramp agents.
Assisting Passengers with Special needs.
Hours of work can start as early as 04:00 and finish as late 00:00 Applicants unable to work between these hours will not be considered.
All applicants will need to undergo a Five-year reference check and Criminal Record Check including a Criminal Record Check from abroad if resided for more than six months within the last 5 years.
Additional hours may be available depending on business requirements.
Applicants who have previously held an Airside Pass will be treated advantageously.
