Our Client is looking for telephone based negotiators with excellent communication skills to join an expanding team of sales professionals in their newly opened sales centre.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Aim to deliver excellent customer service at all times by listening to all customers' requirements, maintaining accurate records of all communications and ensuring all necessary follow-up action is taken as soon as possible
Deliver exceptional performance results at all times by aiming to exceed your key performance indicators (KPIs) at every opportunity.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

Ability to demonstrate personal success within sales and/or customer services
Ability to work to challenging targets and deadlines and to deliver under pressure
Energetic, enthusiastic and dynamic with a desire to succeed in a very competitive environment
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to deal confidently with clients and develop and maintain internal and external professional relationships both over the phone and face to face
IT literate with knowledge of and the ability to effectively and efficiently use computerised systems such as Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel), the Internet and Email
Able to adopt a flexible attitude to working hours as evening and weekend working will be required
