Job Role
To maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by dealing with member/client enquiries in an effective and timely manner conversing/working fluently in both English and German.

To offer the highest possible level of service to all customers thereby assisting in retaining existing business and improving persistency levels by maintaining excellent productivity and accuracy.

Respond to all customer enquiries and strive for first call resolution.

Communicate regularly with members, providers and partners.

Interface effectively with internal colleagues and the client management team to resolve customer issues.

Maintain accurate records and files as required

Experience Required
MUST SPEAK ENGLISH AND GERMAN.

Experience in a customer service environment.

Ideally experience in an administrative or claims environment and ideally have good regulatory awareness PC literate.

Have strong written and verbal English and German.

Strong customer focus with ability to identify and solve problems.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Possess good level of education (including English and Maths)
