Are you looking for your first step in hospitality - we are recruiting a Commis Chef for a prestige local hotel.

The A'la Carte menu is has a beautiful simplicity,initially you will learn under the direction of the head chef and his team.

Once trained you will be responsible for running your own section.

The restaurant will hold covers up to 50 and it is anticipated that the role will be straight shifts only.
