A luxury tour operator based in South London require an experienced India and Arabia Travel Specialist to join their friendly and expanding India and Arabia team.

A luxury tour operator based in South London require an experienced India and Arabia Travel Specialist to join their friendly and expanding India and Arabia team.


The role of India and Arabia Travel Specialist will tailor make luxury holidays over the phone, offer excellent customer service and resolve any problems quickly and efficiently.

The successful specialist will be offered a generous basic salary, pension, travel insurance and educationals plus bonus with an OTE of £28,000 in your first year.



INDIA AND ARABIA TRAVEL SPECIALIST JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Tailor-make luxury holidays to India and Arabia over the telephone.
- Discuss holiday requirements whilst putting your own travel knowledge forward.
- Up sell any optional extras to gain more sales.
- Work towards targets in a friendly and busy team environment.
- Understand customer needs to gain repeat business.

INDIA AND ARABIA TRAVEL SPECIALIST EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Must be from a tour operator background or an upmarket travel agency.
- Created tailor made itineraries in a previous travel role.
- Have travelled to some of these areas:
India, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Oman, Dubai, Egypt, Morocco and Maldives.
- Working knowledge of a CRS.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Confident and clear phone manner.
