India Reservations Specialist required - Have you experienced the bustle of India, explored the wonders of Oman or relaxed on an island in the Maldives? A luxury tour operator based in South West London require an experienced India Reservations Specialist to join their friendly and expanding India team.


The role of India Reservations Specialist will tailor make luxury holidays over the phone, offer excellent customer service and resolve any problems quickly and efficiently.

The successful India Reservations Specialist will be offered a generous basic salary, pension, travel insurance and educationals plus bonus with an OTE of £28,000 in your first year.



INDIA RESERVATIONS SPECIALIST JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Tailor-make luxury holidays to India over the telephone.
- Discuss holiday requirements whilst putting your own travel knowledge forward.
- Upsell any optional extras to gain more sales.
- Work towards targets in a friendly and busy team environment.
- Understand customer needs to gain repeat business.

INDIA RESERVATIONS SPECIALIST EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Must be from a tour operator background or an upmarket travel agency.
- Created tailor made itineraries in a previous travel role.
- Have travelled to some of these areas:
India, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Oman, Dubai, Egypt, Morocco and Maldives.
- Working knowledge of a CRS.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Confident and clear phone manner.
