Customer Service Advisor-French Speaking

FPSG CONNECT is looking for French Speaking Customer Service Advisors for their renowned Insurance client based in Glasgow.

You will handle incoming calls from members of roadside assistance schemes who have broken down abroad.

Using your French and English communication skills you will find out where our customers are, what's happened to them and help to get them moving again as quickly as possible by speaking to the garages and sending out appropriate recovery.

Successful candidates will come from a previous customer service background, be comfortable working towards deadlines as an individual and team member, and be a confident and professional communicator.

You will be comfortable dealing with a high volume of calls and be motivated and enthusiastic! Contact centre experience is desirable as is retail experience or similar role.


Contract Type - 7 Month fixed term


Shifts- 35hrs between 7am and 8pm
