I have an urgent requirement for a Recruitment and Retention Coordinator in St Albans.

You will be expected to recruit, screen, hire, train and retain a staff of caregivers in order to provide the highest quality service to clients.

If you have held a care coordinators role in the past this would be an excellent role for you.

You should hold your NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care.
