The Background

This leading legal consultancy, is currently seeking to recruit their first eLearning specialist.

As their Instructional Designer, you will support large clients in producing eLearning courses to support the development of their employees.

The Responsibilities

Working within the Learning & Development team, you will be the first member of their new eLearning function, taking management and ownership in the development of new on-line and CBT training and development courses.

Taking ownership of the entire lifecycle from SME requirements gathering, through to storyboarding and scripting, development and UAT, you will provide a cutting edge eLearning service to the client.

The Professional

You will have developed a proven track record in the design and development of eLearning and Blended Learning solutions ideally within a commercial environment.

You will have an excellent understanding of transferring classroom based training to online solutions and will have the ability to understand the requirements of the client and offer them eLearning solutions.

This is an excellent career opportunity, where you will join the organisation as their first eLearning specialist.
