Rock Recruitment Specialists are looking for experienced Team Manager Professionals to join their client’s exciting customer service team.


The key dimensions and purpose of the customer service role include:



  • You will directly manage a team of 8-20 with varying levels of expertise

  • Typically 10 Team Managers report through to a CSD Manager

  • Face to face contact with customers may be required



  • Job holder will work in close conjunction with other Team Managers

  • Responsible for standard of customer service provided by own team

  • Responsible for recruitment, reward, training and development of own team

  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining a performance management framework for the team

  • Take full responsibility for regularly updating own knowledge and monitoring teams knowledge of FSA regulations



To be considered for the Customer Service Team Manager role you will have the following skills and experience:



  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a customer service environment - with 12-18 months at a supervisory level

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills

  • Excellent communication, coaching and feedback skills
