Company: Our client is a leading European Engineering and Consulting company specializing in projects for the Oil and Gas Industry.

They are working on projects in the Middle East (Dubai, Kuwait, Qatar, UAE and Bahrain), Russia and China.

Currently they are looking for a Country Manager based in China.

Role: As Country manager you must be a proactive team leader and manager in pursuing the overall development of the company’s vision, mission and objectives and takes overall responsibility for the management.

He/She will formulate, develop and execute the company’s strategic and tactical plans.

The core responsibility of the role is to generate high profit margins and ROI for the company.

Country Managers will also be charged with developing and maintaining top-calibre management team, staff and personnel in the company.



Skills: The skills needed for this role are as follows;
• Must be a creative thinker with strong industry relationships
• Previous experience as a Country Manager in Oil and Gas industry
• Fluent in English additional European languages are advantageous
• Ability to develop nurture and maintains good relationship with the key players and customers in the industry
• A College degree is required
