Night Shift Manager

Night Shift Manager - Midlands - Permanent - Up to £34,000

STR are currently recruiting for a Night Shift Manager to join an established food manufacturer in the Midlands area.



As Shift Manager you will responsible for up to 300 staff and have responsibility for all aspects of food safety and quality in the department.

You will also be responsible ensuring hygiene and house keeping standards are maintained, and that engineering resources are co-ordinated effectively.

STR are currently recruiting for a Night Shift Manager to join an established food manufacturer in the Midlands area.


As Shift Manager you will responsible for up to 300 staff and have responsibility for all aspects of food safety and quality in the department.

You will also be responsible ensuring hygiene and house keeping standards are maintained, and that engineering resources are co-ordinated effectively.


The ideal candidates will be a strong team player, with a proven background in managing large teams of people, preferably within a chilled food environment.

You will also have excellent communications skills, a problem solving attitude and an innovative way of working.


This position is working either Tues - Sat or Sun-Thurs, from 20:30 to 05:30 and is offering a salary of up to £34,000.
