JOB DESCRIPTION:
The sole purpose of the Customer Relations Manager is to pro actively manage the Customer Relations team to ensure high levels of customer service are achieved at all time.
You will also be involved with any legal issues that may arise.
An example of the duties undertaken by the Customer Relations Manager are as follows:
* Proactively manage all post travel complaints, ensuring each complaint is handled effectively avoiding complaint escalation and retaining custom.
* Ensure your team achieves strict SLA's as set by the business.
* Measure, monitor and coach a team of Customer Relations Executives
* Overseeing all administration of the CR function.
* Ensuring all complaints are prioritized and managed throughout the day.
* Ensuring that an exceptional level of customer service is provided via telephone, email and written correspondences
* Reviewing processes to consider and implement change positively across the whole customer service team.
* Representing the company at court hearings if necessary
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate must have relevant customer service experience at manager level within the travel industry.
You will have exceptional customer service skills, have people managed and have good written and verbal communication skills.
You will ideally come from a tour operator background with at least 5 years experience working within the customer relations field.
