German Speaking-Customer Service Advisor

FPSG CONNECT are looking for Gulf Arabic Speaking Advisors for their prestigious client based on the outskirts of Edinburgh.



Working for a Global Outsourcer,you will work on an allocated campaign dealing with inbound calls from customers conversing in the required language.

As a customer service advisor it's important that you have a passion for customers and can provide a professional service on every call!

You will respond to all customer enquiries efficiently and effectively in a busy environment whilst at the same time monitoring emails, faxes and letters.You will need to have great organisational skills for this,be computer literate with the ability to work on your own initiative to achieve your targets and deadlines.


Please note you should be FLUENT in German as well as English.
