You will be working for a fast growing developer of professional intranet and extranet solutions.

Their technology powers the intranet and extranet solutions for over 150 national and international organisations.

Customers cover a wide range of sectors from finance to manufacturing as well as charities, housing associations, local authorities and many other public sector bodies including the NHS.

Job Role
You will be working in a small team reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager responsible for delivering quality releases of our Intranet, extranet solution.

You will work closely with various teams within the company; this includes sales team, development team, support team and our professional service team.

Analysing Requirements
- Working with our consultancy/development team to ensure specifications deliver what we need as a QA team
- Working with Clients - Internal/External to gain clarity of requirements
Producing Test Plans
- For both Client Projects and Internal Projects
- Functional and Non-Functional Testing
- Regression Testing
- Performance Testing
- Release Acceptance Testing
- User Acceptance Testing
Producing Manual Test Script
- For our in house testing product
Executing Manual Test Scripts
- Assisting and Executing Test Scripts
Developing Automated Testing Solutions
- Using tools such as Coded UI
- Assisting developing bespoke tools for test automation
Defect Triage
Assisting our Trainer with Documentation
Assisting with the management of the QA environments
- We have various virtualised environments for testing client /server setups
