CNC Team Leader

This is the ideal role for a skilled CNC Operator with supervisory experience, looking to develop their career with a very successful company.


Our client is a well established engineering and manufacturing company.

Based in Teesside, they supply precision products to clients around the world from specialised industries including Aerospce and Pharmaceutical.

Due to further development, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced CNC Team Leader to join their team.


This is the ideal role for a skilled CNC Operator with supervisory experience, looking to develop their career with a very successful company.


As a CNC Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the machining department and ensuring quality standards and targets are achieved.


To be considered for the role of CNC Team Leader, you must have:


- Supervisory/man-management experience

- Highly skilled with CNC machinery (programming, setting & operating)

- Experience in a similar precision manufacturing / machine shop environment

Additionally, you must have general skills related to modern manufacturing techniques and staff development.


Our client also has a preference for candidates who are educated to HND or Degree level in an appropriate engineering discipline.
