Primary responsibilities include managing all aspects of solution sales relating to the my clients Information Technology community.

As a senior sales executive, you will be responsible for generating revenues from a defined number of the leading companies and divisions of larger organisations.

To succeed, you must be able communicate my clients point of view across all media and marketing services decision makers and influence levels including (but not limited to): CMO/VP marketing, demand generation marketing, field marketing, product marketing, marketing communications and their agencies.

Based on establishing these relationships and understanding client objectives, you will develop solutions based on my clients capabilities which are uniquely suited to addressing the needs of these individuals and their organisations.



As a sales leader, you must establish sales goals, revenue forecasts and win/loss reports that illustrate overall performance against quota.



This role can involve a wide range of activities including (but not limited to): delivering consistent monthly sales revenues, creating sales campaigns focused on communicating the value of the companies solutions, expanding relationships within existing customers, devising and supporting strategies for generating new business, embedding yourself in the industry to become a sales and marketing thought leader and customer resource.

This role will require working constructively with various teams within the organisation including account management, delivery services, marketing programs, audience acquisition, demand generation, product sales, product development and marketing to ensure development and execution of solution sales programs.

A successful sales manager will be able to follow the organisations sales methodology, have an ability to manage your own time while maintaining a constant workload and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering consistent monthly sales revenues across the companies Channels, Summits and Services
• Conducting face to face, telephone and online meetings
• Cold calling prospects
• Developing presentations for clients and partners
• Creating solution sales proposals and contracts
• Reporting activities and opportunities through the companies systems
• Providing competitive, customer and market insights
• Booking revenues into the companies systems to ensure delivery of products and services as well as collecting money from customers
• Forecasting revenues
• Mentoring and development of junior staff as required

Education and Training

• Bachelors degree or higher in a related discipline, technology media and marketing services expertise

Experience
• A minimum 5-7 years of relevant sales experience
• High level of Excel, PowerPoint and Word knowledge
