An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Application Support Analyst to join an existing infrastructure team within a legal organisation that is based in Bristol.
The successful Application Support Analyst shall be required to provide exemplary technical support for a number of key legal business applications that sit within the IT systems environment for a period of 6 months on a fixed term contract.

Skills: Autonomy worksite, LANdesk servicedesk, Elite enterprise, Lexis Nexis Interaction, Microsoft Sharepoint, Microsoft SQL Server 2005, Crystal reports, Active Directory, Windows Server, Exchange, VMware, and a commercial understanding of the ITIL framework.

The successful Application Support Analyst should have demonstrable hands on technical experience of working within a Microsoft dominated infrastructure technology stack in addition to the primary day to day duties that surround the support of bespoke legal IT systems.

Due to the bespoke nature of the legal systems that the Application Support Analyst shall be required to give technical support for, it shall be highly beneficial that the successful candidate shall have intimate knowledge of multiple legal systems.

On a non technical basis the Application Support Analyst must possess strong interpersonal skills, a desire to provide excellent customer service, whilst possessing aspirations of extending their technological expertise.
