The successful candidate is likely to come from a destination or out of town retail site, such as a DIY, department, electrical or larger fashion store.

You'll need to have a strong track record in retail management and be open to change and coming up with your own ideas rather than just putting in place corporate procedures.

This is a key role for our client, requires someone who can come up with their own ideas rather than just putting in place corporate procedures.
