Project Managers - Minor Works - Healthcare/ NHS - West/East Sussex

12-18 month interim contracts
£150 per day

Our client is a large Healthcare trust based in Sussex.

They are currently looking for a number of project managers who have previous experience over seeing minor work refurb projects within private or public hospitals.

The role is to ensure that the refurbishment work is carried out to a high standard and in a timely fashion and most importantly ensuring they are compliant to the NHS building standards.

Ideally based within Sussex you will be responsible for a large portfolio of sites scattered across West and East Sussex .

Previous project management experience overseeing subcontractors inc of mechanical/ electrical, lighting, ventilation and small works technicians is required but most importantly a previous track record working within the NHS is essential.

Although the role will be ensuring operational excellence is being carried out, tight financial control working within set time frames and to specific budgets is of prime importance.
