Motor Trade.

This Motor Trade Car Dealership has an opening for an experienced Service Advisor to join their successful organisation based in Essex.



You must have service advisor experience within a main franchised dealer.

As a Service Advisor for this Dealer you need to possess excellent customer service skills and be a confident relationship builder, able to advise customers on minor technical issues whilst delivering a first class service whilst also achieving the company objectives and targets.



In the Service Advisor role you will take ownership of customer queries and resolve all issues through to your customer’s satisfaction.

Duties include;
.

Meeting and greeting customers into the service reception
.

Booking vehicles in, advising on duration of repairs
.

Gaining authority for any additional work that may need carrying out.
.

Ensuring deadlines and targets are achieved whilst maintaining a high quality of service.
.

The ideal candidate must have excellent leadership and people-management skills, coupled with a good level of education, outstanding communication skills and must be well presented.
.

You must hold a full UK driving licence.
