An exciting opportunity has arisen for 4 Field Service Engineers - Germany– Instrumentation & Wireless in this Established company continuing with their growth plans and offering good career potential within a stable company.

The Field Service Engineer - Germany Instrumentation & Wireless will be responsible for Technical support and field repair of the ATE products and other Test products within Germany.



The role includes customer interfacing and management, with problem solving of both software and hardware issues.

Main duties/responsibilities will include:
• Provision of customer technical support
• Provision of technical support at customer sites across Europe
• Provision of first line support for product software and hardware
This is an opportunity to work in a fast moving and technically advanced professional organisation.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent in an electronic engineering discipline and possess good verbal and written communication skills whilst be fluent in English.

Applicants should have previous experience of working as a service engineer in the test industry and have the ability to fault find to board/ module replacement level and diagnose faults in test systems.
Previous experience of working in a technical discipline within a customer facing role is equally essential.

The candidate should be a self starter, self motivated and flexible, with a record of problem solving.

Applicants should be accustomed to spending considerable amounts of time working directly with clients, in addition to interfacing with internal product development teams.

Candidates should be
Willing to travel within Europe at short notice and on a regular basis.

It is expected that the successful applicant will be based in Germany and willing to work from a home office.
