Excellent opportunity for an electrical engineer to join a company that will offer you a technically challenging role with the opportunities to move into senior role giving you more responsibility and technical development.



Part of a larger group this blue chip company are a leading designer, developer and manufacturer of advanced marine fluid handling systems for ships and offshore oil and gas facilities.

The company specialises in innovative and often highly customised designs for marine gas handling, pumping and water systems.

In this role you will be looking at existing control panel designs, updating them with the latest legislation and writing procedures for the necessary test specifications.

You will you will design three phase control systems and PLC software.

This role creates an excellent opportunity for candidates with the right potential to develop their future career prospects, in a diverse and challenging environment as well as a good salary

The Role

*The design of electrical power and control circuits.
*Creating AutoCAD drawings of Circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams and panel layouts.
*Creating word documentation of Bills of materials, panel specifications and test specifications.


*Customisation of PLC and HMI programs using Siemens step 7 and winCC software use.

The Person
*Must have experience with AutoCAD
*Practical knowledge of control systems, wiring and testing.
*PLC and HMI programming skills.
*Come from a mechanical engineering background.
