Our client is seeking a dynamic and dedicated telesales manager.

The post-holder will apply existing managerial and sales skills to the standard of the company to run and develop the telesales team.



This position would be ideal for those seeking a new opportunity, with a strong background in B2C and B2B telesales and customer services.

The role would be best suited to a career-driven, communicative individual keen to develop and manage their own business and employees to meet company KPIs.

This role will also involve generating leads and providing key supervisory duties to monitor the standard of the calls made to clients/customers on the database by the recruited consultants.
