Eclypse Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Deputy Nurse Manager in East Lothian with a strong background in Nursing homes .The home is designed to very high standards and has been receiving excellent reviews since its opening in 2008.

The home has a strong Manager who is seeking a deputy to support her in the management of this home - an attractive home in a beautiful area working for a company that can offer progression and support your career.

The home is based near to Berwick in East Lothian commutable from Edinburgh.
Some of your duties as a Deputy Home Manager will include:

* weekly and monthly rotas
* assisting the home manager with the day to day running of the home
* client assessments and admissions
* staff supervisions and support
* risk assessments, care plans, medication orders

Ideally you will have a firm understanding of care planning, giving medication, carrying out drug audits.

They are looking for a Senior RGN/ RMN current Deputy Manager with leadership skills and a flare for management.
