Based in the London area with a basic salary of £27000, a company car and an uncapped ote in excess of £50000 this is fantastic opportunity to take advantage of buoyant market conditions and a fantastic commision structure.

The Role:

You will be targeting a wide audience selling an inovative SaaS solution to Mid Market organisations across a wide range of sectors.

40% of your time will be spent managing a set of existing accounts and you will have a growth target and a retention target to receive additional bonuses.

The remaining 60% of your time will be spent generating new business.

You will be expected to attend 10 appointments per week of which 5 will be booked for you by the internal lead generation team and the other 5 will be generated via your own cold calling.

The average sales cycle for the role is 6-8 weeksand the typical deal value is 5K.

You will be expected to bring in around 2 deals per month.


The Candidate:

You will be a determined and hungry sales person with a tenacious approach.

You will also need to have the ability to build relationships and take a consultative approach.

A good telephone manner will be crucial when booking your own appointments for this position.

You will need business to business field sales experience to apply for this role.

Experince selling software is by no means essential as they have had success with sales people from various backgrounds.

The Package:

As well as a fantastic opportunity in a thriving industry, you will receive a highly competitive basic salary of up to £27,000 depending on experience and an excellent company car, phone, laptop, private healthcare, and a company pension.

The company has real room for progression and with the excellent training opportunities on offer you will be able to earn commission in excess of £50,000, although last year the company’s top earners were rewarded with considerably more than this.
