The Background of the Technical Sales Support

This leading provider of IT technology is looking to grow a team of highly skilled and successful Technical professionals to support the sales team.

Due to their unprecedented technology range and vast market exposure, this company are looking to hire a professional who can support the sales teams in offering the best possible solutions and service, understanding business requirements and maximising any sales opportunity that may arise.

This opportunity will allow you to work with a Microsoft reseller and one of the biggest IT resellers in the world!

My client is an established technology reseller, with several well-known existing clients and a team that is focused on smashing targets and building exceptional relationships.




The Responsibilities of the Technical Sales Support

As a Technical Sales Support professional you will have an excellent understanding of mid-market level IT products such as Servers, Storage and Networking components.

You will sit within the sales division supporting the new business and account managers who operate in the public sector.

After initial conversations you will then take a deeper and more detailed look at the requirements of business, creating designs and packages before submitting them to the delivery team.

You must be commercially and economically aware in order to offer the best possible service and advice whilst maximising on opportunities for your business.

This is a high achieving, professional and sociable team with a personable management team in desirable surroundings.




The Technical Sales Support

My client is ideally looking for someone who has come from a technical background with exposure to sales, new business or account management.

If you have offered consultancy or solutions design this would be beneficial.

Ideally the right candidate will have operated in the public sector with technologies such as HP, EMC, Microsoft, VMWare etc.

You will be aware of the latest technologies and be commercially and economically aware.
