We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to manage and contribute to the delivery of all IT components of projects & Programmes in order to meet business objectives.

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to manage and contribute to the delivery of all IT components of projects & Programmes in order to meet business objectives.

Qualification

Educated to degree level or equivalent experience and/ or relevant IT qualification with strong exposure to Insurance domain

Skills Experience and Knowledge
 Previous experience (6-8 years) in business/IT environment for Insurance domain
 Making progress towards a specific Project management qualification (e.g.

ISEB, APMP introduction to project management, Prince 2 Foundation).
 Good decision making ability
 Good communication and influencing skills
 Good awareness of end-to-end IT Solutions and the IT delivery lifecycle
 Task allocation/delivery responsibility for project team of between 10-25 resources in a matrix management structure
 No immediate accountability for budget or any external spend
