They have established a customer service operations centre in Galway, Ireland.

This office is responsible for their Customer service for UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands.



Role: Opportunities exist for experienced customer service team leaders and team managers to join their Galway team.

As a Team Leader/ Team Manager you will manage the EMEA market for customer service quality, performance, adherence to SLA and business improvement.

Your team will be c.

12-20 agents that manage instant message, chat, calls and requests from clients regarding service and product.

Your role will be to monitor, manage, coach and mentor your team to allow them exceed quality metrics.

Skills: The ideal candidates will possess fluent written and spoken English and ideally knowledge of German, French or Dutch a minimum of 12-24 months previous customer service/support or technical support team leader or team manager experience.

In addition you will need to have worked in a high volume and metric driven contact centre where SLA and quality metrics are championed.
