The Role Of the Business Development Manager; has become available due to the company’s rapid growth.

The company offer an excellent portfolio of cutting edge and innovative products for a diverse range of business needs.

The key to this role is the ability to proactively manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation, managing your own diary and appointments as well as building long term relationships and closing deals effectively.

The Fire and Security and access control solutions they provide are truly impressive and require a consultative approach, so an individual with a flair for professional sales will thrive in this market.



Experience Required
To be considered for this fast paced and autonomous position you should will have extensive experience within the fire protection and prevention services.

The business development manager must be polished, smart and be able to communicate effectively, this is a great opportunity to build and develop your commercial awareness and put your client facing expertise to good use.

It is a must that you come from within the Fire and Security or access control industry.



The Package
You will initially start on a basic salary of £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience, with a very attractive commission structure which will bring your on target earnings upwards of £45,000 in your first year.

You will be furnished with a company car, fuel allowance, corporate credit card, Blackberry, Laptop, pension and 23 days holiday.
