Team Leader

Main Duties:

*To facilitate good communication within all levels of the staff team

*To oversee & organize the daily recording of information relating to service users

*To work with all staff in providing an effective 24-hour service

*To assist in maintaining a good standard of hygiene

*To ensure accurate recordings, prepare reports, participate in staff meetings

*To organize & deliver appropriate leisure opportunity's for service user's

*To co-ordinate staff rotas
