Care Home Manager

Care Home Manager - Crieff
The Role
You will take overall responsibility for running the Care Home, including the wellbeing of the residents and staff.

You will be used to working within - and understanding the importance of - policies and procedures as well as complying with and exceeding national minimum requirements.

You will report to senior management level and will oversee both clinical and non-clinical facets of the home and will ensure staffing levels and standards are maintained throughout while the home is run profitably and correctly.

The Person
You will be a 1st Level Nurse or hold SVQ 3 in Care of the Elderly, and have previous management experience.

Ideally you will already have achieved or be working towards the Registered Manager's Award and be able to communicate efficiently and effectively across all levels.

You will hold a full driving licence and hold a genuine interest in working with Elderly.
