£18,000 - £20,000

25 Days Annual Leave and 8 Bank Holidays + Free Parking + Bonus + Prizes + Staff Days Out + Evening Events

Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am - 4pm on Friday, 1 hour lunch and two 10 minutes breaks per day

My client is a successful recruitment agency based in Cheadle and they are looking for a Sales Support / Administrator to join their expanding team.

The right candidate must have excellent communication skills - verbally and written, be a team player, computer literate, accurate typing, hardworking, enthusiastic, able to work on their own initiative.


  • Preparing CVs

  • Reception duties, taking enquiries, passing on messages etc

  • Researching companies

  • Maintain and update all systems

  • Organise job advertisements

  • Keep up to date with current events and news within the industry

  • Email shots and mailshots

  • Adding names, job titles, direct line numbers and mobiles onto the database

  • Adding job descriptions onto the website

  • Sourcing names by the telephone

  • Preparing Interview Confirmations

Required Competencies

  • Previous sales administration experience

  • Drive and determination

  • Outstanding customer services

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Able to organise and prioritise duties
