Sales Executive - Electrical Wholesale - Up to £30k

The Company:

The Role:

  • Based from a showroom location in the Cambridge Area, you will travel out to existing and potential Facility Management or Education Sector clients within the designated territory

  • You will inherit a large database of existing accounts and contact, some will be spending a small amount and need to be managed to spend more, some will be old and not spending anything

  • The remit of this role is to drive Facility Management and Education Sector clients towards the branch, opening doors with new business and increasing the spending of already live accounts

  • You will seek to increase the account database and portfolio with the target Route to Market, however possible, through active networking and outwardly thinking towards any opportunity

  • The candidate will be targeted with meeting a number of clients and accounts throughout the working day, seeking to review the products they use and explain new products in the market

The Ideal Person:

  • It is essential that you come from a Field Sales background and have been selling to either Facility Management businesses or the Education Sector, ideally both

  • You do not need to come from an Electrical product background, however this would be beneficial, any product background with the correct Route to Market experience

  • The candidate will need to be a self motivated and passionate individual that has a true drive to seek New Business opportunities sell the Company products whenever possible

  • It is essential that the person applying is a resilient individual that take a knock back when unable to close a sale without losing the motivation to continue in the sales drive

  • You will need to be flexible to a changeable day, outwardly thinking and able to learn new product information to clearly pass information to customers

  • The person applying for this role will need fantastic communication skills and able to speak with a large range of people from various backgrounds throughout the work day
