Location - Camberley, Surrey

I have been approached by one of my clients who is looking for a Deputy Manager to work for a well-established company who are looking to add important members to their growing team.

The role for deputy manager will be assisting the manager with the day to day running of the home which offers care for elderly and dementia clients.

The deputy will be required to manage the home in the absence of the registered manager so must have a good understanding of CQC regulations.

The main responsibilities of the Deputy Manager include:
, To ensure home meets CQC standards
, Managing staff correctly and successfully
, Liasing with directors/manager to ensure targets met

The key skills and experience required for the Deputy Manager include:
, NVQ Level 5 in health and social care desirable
, Experience in the elderly sector
, Proven track record of working in a similar role
