Our client is seeking an Admin professional who is seeking to be trained in HR related duties such as payroll.

Your responsibilities will be a blend between administrative and HR duties.

You will answer telephones, be involved heavily with event planning but also work with junior HR responsibilities such as payroll, on boarding of new hires, setting up accounts and systems for them, managing attendance etc.

In addition, you will work on management of company cars, management of credit cards for employees and general HR Support duties.

This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who has worked in administration for 2 years and is looking to progress in HR.

You will be trained by a top HR executive who comes from an established background.


Established Admin support background or somebody who has worked as an Assistant to management.

Keen eye for detail with interest in human resources.

Displays a solid level of experience with overall admin duties and management of admin areas such as telephone answering, day to day office maintenance.

Fluent in English and German or English and an additional European language.
