CRM Planning Manager

Are you a sports enthusiast? Do you have extensive experience in CRM within the gaming industry? SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit a CRM Planning Manager, who has a passion for Sports, for one of the worlds best known iGaming business.

You will be responsible for driving the CRM planning function, specifically for the Sports customers, in order to deliver the largest share of the lifetime value of the customer.

This includes creating, implementing, managing and optimising campaigns focused on reactivating and retaining customers in order to achieve department KPIs.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Act as an agent for change, advocating personalization throughout, using a data driven approach to plan, review and obtain sign off from stakeholders

  • Ensure that customer communications are kept up to date and reflective of any changes to our products, contact strategy and around key seasonal events

  • Ensure that the CRM plan is executed on time, on brief and within budget

  • Implement a value driven approach to CRM and demonstrate incremental benefit to the business

  • Apply an omni-channel approach to CRM with a view to optimizing and testing the full suite of channels

  • Accountable for targets that include reactivation rates, retention rates & incremental revenue from CRM activity

  • Deliver impactful, clear communications to the customer that are relevant to their needs and lifestage

  • Identify key opportunities to enhance the player experience and customer journey

  • Manage, develop and deliver outstanding output from direct report/s (CRM Executive)

  • Set up a format for regular product briefings and leverage plans around key seasonal events, initiatives and product/service roll outs

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to leverage activity - Acquisition team, Product, Marketing team, Mobile team, foreign language teams, .es and .it and customer services

  • Proactively work with territories to drive best practice for foreign language sites and .es and .it - regulated markets

Essential skills:

  • Excellent experience in CRM (i.e.

    one to one marketing) with emphasis on experience from a B2C service company (preferable from online companies).

  • Experience of CRM execution in gaming companies with emphasis in Sportsbook .

  • Experience in email marketing tools and campaign management tools .

  • Hands on capabilities and a sharp analytical mind.

  • A can do, pro-active, positive approach to making things happen - takes responsibility and accountability.

  • Experience, interest and aptitude in technology, with an excellent command of MS Office-package.

  • Excellent communication, managerial and interpersonal skills with excellent command of the English language, writing and speaking.

  • Highly organized and process driven, coupled with a focused and assertive approach to time management.

  • Excellent attention to detail and tone of voice, fitting to the brand.
