Have you got what it takes to work on a project run as a consortium? Do you enjoy working in mainland Europe? Are you an experience QA/QC Supervisor with a strong bias towards Mechanical engineering?
The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring the appropriate level of quality is maintained on the project.
He is in charge of preparing, implementing and updating the quality plan, procedures and processes of the Quality Management System.
Additionally, he ensures that the quality requirements are achieved by carrying out assessment and audits.
The QA/QC Manager is responsible for QA/QC management system:
•The preparation of Project QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revision,
•Control and the distribution of all the company's quality documentation
•Monitor all quality related activities on the project
•Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company's management
•Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
•Attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all project requirements with the project bidders.
•Attend client quality management meetings
•The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement
•Elaborate QC plan and monitor the implementation of inspection programs,
•Coordinate with all OME' parties involved on all quality issues
•Coordinate quality inspections with all the subcontractors and vendors
•Ensures the quality records, acceptance certificates, mechanical completion certificates and the documentation for specific systems and buildings/areas are prepared and collated in accordance with project requirements
•Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action
·ISO 9001: 2008 lead auditor training and a good understanding of ISO 9001
·Extensive experience in implementing quality systems and procedures and the development of policy and plans
·English fluent (read, write and comprehension)
·Degree education: Quality Management or equivalent
·Minimum 10 years of experience on major projects on a technical position, including at least 3 years in experience of experience in similar position
·His operational experience includes quality insurance, quality control, quality certification, technical, construction, and commissioning skills
·A significant experience in nuclear projects is a plus
