In house Account Executive - German speaking

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Executive to join a dynamic, fast growing organisation.

You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients, so previous experience of managing client relationships is desired within this role..


You will be required to:

Understand client lifecycle in order to manage and track strategies.
Design strategies for account retention and growth.
Participate in partner network campaigns.
Identify all upgrade opportunities from your accounts.
Update information on all accounts.
Forecast opportunities and campaigns for your accounts.
Provide analysis on conversations, queries, retention and loss.
Ensuring that solution are provided for any issues that arise.
Feeding back client feedback on products, features and issues to line managers.

Desired skills:

Hands on problem solver
Excellent communication skills, with excellent use of verbal and written English
Strong business acumen
Organised with good time management skills
Previous experience working of working to sales/targets
Confident outgoing with good negotiating skills
Confident and outgoing
European languages would be useful, but not essential within this role.
